YOUR ROLE
The Materials Coordinator’s role is to support the materials supply chain function through responsibilities that ensure efficient product commercialization management, from design to production, while ensuring compliance with product regulations and maintaining data integrity in various systems. In this foundational position, you will have a vital role in managing & maintaining trims & materials data according to the GTM & product creation calendars. By supporting materials management of physical, digital and data assets you will impact the quality and authenticity of our product line.
Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and follow through will enable our team to make well-informed decisions regarding bill of materials, colored materials and preferred materials uptake. You are able to work independently, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires the candidate to be based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We are open to candidates who are willing to relocate and can assist with relocation expenses for the right candidate.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Color Approvals:
- Submit color requests to suppliers.
- Track and organize approval processes.
- Issue feedback and approval comments.
- Materials Reference Library:
- Organize and maintain a library for easy reference of materials.
- Support material commercialization and management.
- PIM Ownership (Product Information Management):
- Ensure accuracy of style features and benefits in marketing materials.
- Own and drive data integrity within the Centric Product Line Management system.
- FDS & Fabric Detail Sheets:
- Seasonally update and maintain Fabric Detail Sheets (FDS).
- Trims Development:
- Manage the commercialization process for trims, including development, testing, and approval.
- Oversee quality, function, tab, and color of zippers and other trims.
- Interior Label Variant Maintenance:
- Maintain variants of interior labels (size, inseam, country of origin (COO), application type).
- Audit, scrub, and consolidate label information.
- Sales Asset Creation:
- Fabric swatch and label to support B2B sell in of new programs
- Support Stewardship Reporting & Compliance:
- Assist with the reporting and compliance process related to materials and products.
- HTS Capture:
- Capture the correct Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes for product classification.
- KPIs for Materials:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for materials, including roll-ups, consolidations, and data comparison.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of product experience in the same or similar role required
- Associate degree or higher required, in a textiles or apparel or hard goods related field
- This position requires the candidate to be based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We are open to candidates who are willing to relocate and can assist with relocation expenses for the right candidate.
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented,
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis in Excel
- Exceptional and collaborative communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently, take direction and follow through
- Ability to effectively create and manage processes

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $50,000-$62,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills and qualifications.
