Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about plumbing services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in our databases and systems.
- Schedule service calls and appointments for technicians based on customer preferences and availability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when customers are stressed or upset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
