Rendered.ai is a leader in providing cutting-edge engineering solutions for physics-based synthetic data generation for computer vision. We are seeking a Sales Engineer with deep expertise in SaaS sales and engineering to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in technical sales and customer-facing roles, with a specific focus on CV (Computer Vision) technologies. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems and driving customer success in a high-growth environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Engagement

  • Partner with the Sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from initial qualification to close.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept (POC) engagements.
  • Articulate the value of our platform (products) to customers, aligning solutions to their business needs.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for key clients, answering inquiries, providing documentation, and assisting with product setup and integration.

Customer Success & Post-Sales 

  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of SaaS solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product integrations or deployments.
  • Train customers and internal teams on the technical aspects of our products, including best practices for use and configuration.

Product Expertise & Collaboration

  •  Work closely with engineering and product management teams to provide customer feedback and insights on product improvements and new features.
  •  Keep up to date with new product releases and ensure that your technical knowledge is current with evolving product capabilities.

Market Analysis & Documentation 

  • Support the Sales team by creating technical proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation tailored to prospective clients.
  • Understand competitive landscapes and customer requirements, helping to refine our sales and product strategies.

Relationship Building

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with technical decision-makers at customer organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize the solution's maximum value.

Requirements

  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with equivalent experience will also be considered.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Computer Vision (CV) technologies, solutions, and use cases.
  • Proven track record of supporting complex SaaS sales cycles and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skill & Competencies:

  • Exceptional ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in the context of SaaS implementations and integrations.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SaaS deployment environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver technical documentation, presentations, and training materials.
