Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of complex programs and strategic initiatives within our logistics and operations sector. This role requires a deep understanding of project management, strategic planning, and operational transformation.
Requirements
- Lead the planning and execution of complex programs, from initial implementation plans and business requirements to project delivery and go-live efforts.
- Work closely with lead engineers and architects to translate business requirements into workable stories for the development team.
- Utilize full-cycle agile methodology, including sprint reviews, updates, and recommendations for improvements.
- Drive cohesion across program work streams by coordinating the efforts of project managers, change and training leads, product management, technology partners, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, lead cross-functional meetings, and deliver regular updates to partners and leadership.
- Oversee the adoption of new and transformative logistics processes, including the tracking and delegation of documentation, design, implementation, and operation of new processes.
- Create an environment conducive to optimal performance, continual development, and outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or a related professional field.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a preference for Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-stream programs and projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage projects across different time zones with flexibility in working hours.
- Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior leadership.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of creating alignment and reaching consensus across multiple teams.
