Position Overview:
The WelFore Flavors Store Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving store performance, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. This individual will oversee daily operations, optimize inventory and cost control, and foster a thriving, wellness-focused environment. Requirements
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive store revenue by implementing strategic initiatives to increase foot traffic, average transaction value, and customer retention.
- Analyze key performance metrics (sales reports, inventory turnover, labor efficiency) to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns, including sampling and community engagement activities.
- Optimize menu offerings through trend analysis and customer feedback to drive sales and enhance brand positioning.
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional customer service.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that supports growth and innovation.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to empower team members.
- Ensure labor scheduling balances operational needs with cost efficiency.
Operational Excellence & Inventory Management
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand and minimizing waste while maximizing profitability.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Uphold efficiency in workflow, ensuring quick service without compromising quality.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring strict adherence to ServSafe and local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Train and hold employees accountable for maintaining health and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
Customer Engagement & Brand Representation
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer experiences, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Promote WelFore Flavors' mission of providing world-class, Caribbean-inspired flavors and wellness-focused offerings.
- Actively engage with the local community, participating in events and partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail, food service, or hospitality management with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience with a hospitality mindset.
- Operational Expertise: Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and process optimization.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, and adaptability.
- Technology Skills: Familiarity with POS systems (Lightspeed preferred) and reporting tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
