This full-time opportunity places you at the heart of care, where your skills will empower residents to regain mobility, independence, and confidence in their daily lives. Collaborate closely with residents and a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized therapy that focuses on prevention, recovery, and improved quality of movement.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one care for up to 7 residents daily, ensuring individualized and focused therapy sessions.
• Conduct detailed assessments to identify physical challenges and craft tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize hands-on techniques to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function.
• Work in synergy with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Cultivate a motivating and supportive environment that inspires residents to achieve their goals.
• Maintain meticulous records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in Virginia.
• Previous clinical experience is valued, though new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with EMR software for seamless documentation.
