Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 4 days, 10-hour shifts, or 3 days, 12-13 hour shifts
• Option for M-F with early hours starting at 7 AM

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments to determine therapy needs following orthopedic treatments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for post-surgery and injury recovery.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to help patients regain mobility and alleviate pain.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, collaborating with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare providers.
• Work with the orthopedic team to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.

Salary: $100,000k - $120,000k per year

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but recent graduates are welcome
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and EMR systems
