DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking an organized and reliable Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This Front Desk role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment for both clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain organized, clean, and presentable.
  • Address client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and respect.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required, including handling email correspondence and supporting various departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Good CSR skills to deal with upset customers.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office software, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
