Key Responsibilities

As a Network Attorney, you will:

Qualifications

We’re seeking attorneys with the following credentials:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law.
  • Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred).
  • An established private practice.
  • Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus).
