Responsibilities:

• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the team, which consists of forklift, as well as both internal and external CDL drivers, and coordinate deliveries. Offer training and support to promote their success.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols amidst our daily operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership experience and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems. PowerFab experience is highly desired.
• A positive attitude and a love for teamwork!
