The VP of Operations will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and driving measurable results across the organization. This position requires a hands-on, results-driven professional with strong organizational skills and a product-focused mindset.
The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, Type A, and experienced in leveraging modern technologies, including AI/ML, to drive operational efficiencies. Experience in technology or fintech operations is essential, and familiarity with crypto or blockchain is a plus. This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the organization’s growth and success.

What You Will Do:
Operational Management & Execution:
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement systems and workflows that leverage AI/ML tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
- Maintain hyper-organization across teams and operations, ensuring all initiatives meet timelines and quality standards.
Performance Measurement & Improvement:
- Establish and track operational metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to evaluate and improve team performance.
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to optimize performance.
- Drive results through a product-bias approach, ensuring operations align with broader business and product strategies.
Infrastructure Scaling & Resource Management:
- Assist in building scalable frameworks and systems to support business growth and evolving priorities.
- Contribute to resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure operational strategies align with product goals.
- Partner with other departments to enhance communication, solve challenges, and foster shared accountability.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor operational team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Provide strong, detail-oriented leadership to ensure organizational goals are met.

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in Operational Leadership: 6-8+ years of experience in operations within technology or fintech sectors. Crypto experience is not required.
- Proven Ability to Scale Operations: Demonstrated success in building and optimizing systems, processes, and teams using AI/ML tools.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in using data and metrics to analyze performance and drive decisions.
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to influence and build trust with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Sense of Urgency and Accountability: Experience delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Product-Focused: Strong ability to integrate operations with product goals to enhance efficiency and alignment.
- Team Management Experience: Proven ability to mentor and lead small to medium-sized teams.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
