We are seeking a CEO & Director to lead one of these businesses, taking it from concept to profitability using HTV’s frameworks, tools, and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

As CEO & Director, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Driving the vision, strategy, and execution for your assigned venture.
  • Building Systems: Developing and optimizing systems across marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
  • Team Development: Recruiting and managing a high-performing team to support growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Using HTV’s frameworks to acquire high-value clients and scale revenue.
  • Performance Reporting: Providing regular updates to HTV leadership on progress and milestones.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Leadership: At least 3+ years of experience leading teams or businesses.
  • Builder Mindset: Strong skills in developing systems and processes from the ground up.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving measurable success, particularly in revenue growth or operational efficiency.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in one or more of our target niches is a bonus but not required.

Success Milestones

  • 42 Days: Acquire 3 paying clients to validate the business model.
  • 90 Days: Establish a reliable revenue stream with six-figure annualized income.
  • 12 Months: Scale the business to seven-figure revenue.
  • Long-Term: Grow the venture sustainably and explore future opportunities for expansion or strategic partnerships.
