We are looking for an experienced Sr. Data Analyst to join our team and analyze performance across multiple sales channels, including eCommerce DTC, marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok), media, and retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating insightful dashboards and reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable recommendations to help drive growth and optimize business decisions.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze and interpret data from various sales channels (eCommerce DTC, Amazon, TikTok, media, and retail) to provide insights on performance and trends.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to sales, traffic, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales performance, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value.
Cross-Channel Insights:
- Collect and analyze data across DTC, marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok), and retail to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Provide recommendations for improving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all channels.
Sales Forecasting & Predictive Modeling:
- Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast sales, customer lifetime value, and other critical business metrics across DTC and marketplace platforms.
- Track performance data to forecast trends, optimize inventory, and improve demand planning.
- Create and manage the promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with key sales events and trade marketing initiatives across all channels. Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct analysis on DTC, Paid Media, Amazon Brand Analytics and other marketplace data to track consumer behavior, purchasing patterns, and competitive performance.
- Analyze market basket trends, cross-selling opportunities, and bundling potential to increase revenue across platforms.
Collaborative Strategy Support:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights that inform business strategies and decisions.
- Partner with media teams to track and report on paid media performance, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs and deliver value.
Optimization of eCommerce website & Marketplace Performance:
- Continuously monitor and analyze eCommerce sales and marketing efforts to identify key opportunities for conversion rate optimization and customer experience enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Amazon, TikTok, and other marketplace performance through data insights.
Continuous Reporting & Dashboard Enhancement:
- Design, refine, and enhance reporting systems and dashboards to ensure that stakeholders have timely and accurate insights for decision-making.
- Create customized analyses based on specific business questions to provide ongoing strategic support to leadership.
Cross-Functional Communication:
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring that data insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.
- Assist in developing business cases, strategies, and operational plans by providing data insights and analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on eCommerce, marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok), and retail.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis, sales forecasting, and predictive modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and digital marketing channels (Amazon, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
