Full Job Description
Who We Are
Claritas Rx started with a simple vision: to tangibly improve how biopharmaceutical manufacturers understand their specialty product performance in the marketplace. Since then, Claritas Rx has grown from a small channel data consultancy to become a pioneer in patient-level data integration and analytics for the biopharmaceutical industry. Today, our customers range from small biotechnology companies launching their first specialty product to large global manufacturers with a strong portfolio of specialty products.
The Position
Every day, drug manufacturers use Claritas Rx solutions to improve and enhance the treatment journey for patients dealing with rare diseases. We have built a strong customer team of domain experts that can help scale a premier channel management solution.
At Claritas Rx, Solution Design Leads (SDLs) work directly with our customers to design, build, deploy, and service our products to meet their custom business reporting needs. Our SDLs are data-curious, enjoy analytical problem solving, are learning-oriented and enjoy collaborating with other team members to solve a variety of business problems. This role sits within Claritas Rx’s Recurring Professional Services team, working with existing customers as they expand and refine their solutions post launch.
Key Accountabilities
- Play a lead role in expanding existing customer solutions including updates to reports, dashboards, and business logic to transform data, testing the application prior to release, documenting features, and training relevant users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Customer Experience team members to execute value-added enhancement requests and support customer implementations.
- Utilize a centralized request management and issue tracking workflow to ensure timely resolution of requests and documentation of related technical build details.
- As directed by Customer Success Manager, attend client-facing meetings with assigned customers to review requirements, provide solution design recommendations, and ensure follow-ups and action items are captured and completed.
- Ensure data quality in customer deliverables via rigorous testing and validation review prior to release.
- Mentor and develop junior team members towards delivering customer solutions, in line with established front-end application build best practices, and provide technical oversight. Support the technical onboarding and training of new team members.
- Provide internal consultation to customer teams related to complex technical solution design questions post go-live, when support issues arise, or when customer teams are scoping expansion opportunities.
- Participate in training programs to ensure continued understanding of evolving platform capabilities.
- Identify new features and solution ideas and socialize with Solution Design Lead team members for product development consideration.
