Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will create intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences, focusing on eCommerce platforms. From research to final execution, you’ll design responsive, scalable interfaces while ensuring brand consistency. Collaborating with teams, you’ll refine designs based on user insights, advocate for accessibility, and optimize digital journeys. Your expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and front-end collaboration will drive seamless design-to-development handoffs.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and implement designs for web and mobile apps; optimize existing interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with teams to refine designs and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Prototype and iterate design solutions based on feedback and user insights.
• Advocate for accessibility and UX best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX website design experience, including eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce.
• Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, and prototyping tools.
• Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, UX research, and motion design (CSS animations).
• Proficiency in designing responsive, adaptive web pages, websites, and applications.
• Experience with information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and creating scalable design systems.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS) for design-to-development collaboration.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, graphics, color systems, and accessibility.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and scalable systems.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with digital journeys, publications, and designing for international audiences.
• Motion design and animated SVG systems proficiency.
• Familiarity with usability testing, data-driven design, and AI-driven user experiences.
• Experience in remote team environments and sharing knowledge through presentations or workshops.
