We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Operations Analyst to build efficiency models, monitor order flow, track KPIs, and optimize operational processes across supply chain, logistics, and systems design. This role will focus on analyzing data, improving workflows, and maintaining operational systems such as NetSuite to support scalability and cost reduction initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, a deep understanding of order flow management, and experience working with ERP systems and APIs. This position is critical to driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

• Build and implement efficiency models for operations and supply chain to streamline workflows and improve performance.
• Identify bottlenecks in production, logistics, and systems design, and recommend actionable solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order flow processes and reduce cycle times.

Data Analysis & KPI Tracking

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost reduction, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Analyze order flow data and cycles to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

ERP & Systems Management

• Maintain and manage NetSuite data and processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
• Support ERP system optimization by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage API integrations and workflows to improve system connectivity and data flow.

Demand Planning & Scalability

• Support the development and implementation of demand planning tools to improve forecasting accuracy and scalability.
• Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure forecasts align with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product development, supply chain, and logistics teams to align operational priorities and ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure successful system implementations and process improvements.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or data analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including data management and process optimization.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and present clear, actionable insights.
• Familiarity with API management and order flow optimization.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain optimization and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of production and logistics workflows, with a focus on identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.
