Wisedocs is on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI (Artificial Intelligence). Every week, we process millions of documents, saving our customers hours and hours of manual processing time, and helping them process medical claims much more quickly.
We are searching for an Enterprise Implementation Manager, with exceptional Project Management skills, to join our Implementations Team. This is a high impact role and plays a critical role in ensuring successful Enterprise customer onboarding.
The role is open for both Canada and US based candidates. This role is remote for US based candidates, with quarterly visits to our Toronto, Canada office.
Travel Requirement: > 10%
Job Summary:
The Enterprise Implementation Manager will lead the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the Wisedocs solution across enterprise clients. This role focuses on project management, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring client success throughout the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an organized, client-focused leader with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering value to customers. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery:
- Plan, manage, and execute enterprise-level implementations, ensuring alignment with customer goals and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the implementation process, building trust and fostering strong relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Client Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with clients to understand their workflows, processes, and goals, tailoring the Wisedocs solution to meet their unique needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering, to deliver seamless implementations.
- Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Process Optimization & Best Practices:
- Establish and refine implementation frameworks and best practices to drive consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process, leveraging feedback from clients and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, using insights to optimize future implementations.
Customer Enablement & Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers are fully equipped to maximize the value of the Wisedocs solution.
- Provide hands-on support to address questions, manage change, and resolve issues during the onboarding process.
- Ensure smooth transitions from implementation to Customer Success, setting clients up for long-term success.
Ideal Candidate:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise customers (6,7 or 8 figure account sizes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing software solutions and integrations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
