Sinch is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive traffic and user acquisition at Sinch's SaaS platform, Sinch Engage. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have broad marketing experience, and love turning data into actionable insights, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and scale acquisition channels, exploring opportunities like podcasts, sponsorships, or emerging platforms.
- Improve organic traffic and website performance by analyzing CRO, SEO, and performance opportunities.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they balance creative storytelling with measurable outcomes.
- Manage marketing systems and tools, leveraging your technical knowledge to optimize web analytics and automation platforms.
- Build and maintain reporting pipelines, transforming raw data into insights that help refine strategies and measure success.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of SaaS marketing experience, with expertise spanning SEO, performance, lifecycle, and integrated campaigns.
- 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
- A proven track record of launching successful campaigns with clear ROI, especially in high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex projects.
- Comfortable educating stakeholders on brand marketing while managing multiple priorities with confidence and expertise.
- The ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

The annual starting salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 1/30/25 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
