Overview
Liberty Fox Technologies is seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our databases. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in ensuring our records are reliable and up-to-date.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will also be tasked with verifying data for accuracy, generating reports, and assisting in the management of electronic documents. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and is comfortable working with various software applications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or clerical role.
- Outstanding typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and database management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
