Concrete Foreman

Join the Vector Construction team as a Concrete Foreman! We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled leader to assist in coordinating operations and oversee our dedicated crew at construction sites across the country. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be integral to our project success, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your solid background and leadership abilities will empower you to guide your team effectively, make quick decisions, and guarantee safety and quality on every job site.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks according to project priorities and timelines.
• Allocate responsibilities efficiently for daily operations.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure essential manpower and resources are available.
• Maintain high safety standards and quality controls at all times.
• Manage the operation of machinery and equipment safely.
• Proactively resolve any issues that arise during the workday.
• Provide regular progress updates to project management team.
• Be hands-on! Provide field support and lead by example while keeping morale high.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Willingness to travel extensively—expect 90-100% travel within the US.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a construction foreman.
• At least 3 years of concrete construction experience, including familiarity with procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines. Experience in concrete restoration is a plus!
• A proven track record of managing deadlines while delivering top-notch quality work.
• A knack for interacting with clients and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to adhere to our drug and alcohol-free workplace policy—successful candidates must pass a drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• High school diploma or a diploma in a skilled trade (such as electrician, carpenter, etc.). Post secondary education is a plus!
