About the role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be a critical partner to our enterprise clients, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the LiFT platform. You’ll collaborate closely with managers and organizational leaders, ensuring the platform delivers measurable impact in helping managers tackle real-world challenges and drive results.

You’ll also be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, providing insights to improve the platform and processes. If you’re passionate about empowering managers and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients (primarily S&P 500 companies).
  • Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and training tailored to the needs of managers and their teams.
  • Proactively drive client satisfaction and engagement to ensure high retention rates.
  • Identify additional client needs and opportunities, leading to contract renewals and account growth.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring alignment on goals and resolving issues proactively.

Project Management:

  • Manage client engagements from start to finish, delivering on the Statement of Work (SOW) and adapting to evolving needs.
  • Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders, including HR teams, senior leaders, and end users (managers).
  • Track progress, measure outcomes, and share results with clients through regular updates and insights.

Platform Customization and Operations:

  • Tailor the LiFT platform to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Perform light editing of AI prompts to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to implement client-specific integrations or features.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage a team of 2-3 support professionals overseas, ensuring timely and high-quality task execution.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal processes for improved client delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, program management, or customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or management solutions.
  • A strong track record of managing enterprise clients (preferably S&P 500 companies) and delivering measurable results.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools or SaaS platforms and a passion for helping managers succeed.
  • Experience managing remote teams and collaborating in cross-functional environments.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to a high-growth startup culture.
