Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Tech Lead Developer to design and build large-scale, cloud-native, digital enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and customer-focused delivery, ensuring high availability, resilience, security, and scalability of solutions.
Requirements
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-driven apps.
- Migrate large-scale applications to the Power Platform, ensuring effective integration of business processes and data workflows.
- Implement systems and data integration using Power Platform connectors like Oracle, Office 365, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Build and utilize custom connectors and APIs within the Power Platform.
- Design large-scale databases using Dataverse, PowerApps Data Flows, and Data Connectors.
- Collaborate on test automation for PowerApps and PowerAutomate, potentially using tools like Katalon, Microsoft Test Studio, or Playwright.
- Develop analytics and reporting solutions using Microsoft PowerBI technology.
- Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle and release processes.
- Understand business requirements to design technical and data services that align with business needs.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and extensive experience in building cloud-native applications.
- Proven hands-on experience with Power Automate and business process workflow implementation.
- Familiarity with data aggregation, retention, and analysis solutions such as SQL, Snowflake, NoSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud technologies and cloud-based event messaging systems like Kafka.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power Platform test automation.
- Knowledge of event messaging systems and advanced cloud technologies.
