Insurance Sales Producers

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated P&C Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and sell a range of P&C insurance products (home, auto, commercial, etc.) to meet client requirements.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions and quotes that match client needs and budgets.
• Follow up on leads and close sales in a timely manner.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Educate clients on the benefits of insurance products, policies, and claims procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, policy changes, and competitor offerings.
• Manage and track sales pipeline and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the agency’s team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
