Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions in our database for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and escalate issues when necessary to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and actively suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
