Serendipity Resort & Campground is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of the Tennessee country side! With so many unique activities both on-site and in our backyard, it’s easy to come together and enjoy our unique resort, offering a wide selection of RV sites, tent sites and rental cabins for our guests. We are looking for qualified Maintenance/Groundskeeping candidates to join our team! As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. As a maintenance team member, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for upkeeping maintenance of the grounds and facilities, maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, and performing routine inspections to ensure safety. Previous experience in groundskeeping, plumbing, electrical and pool maintenance preferred. Must be able to operate and drive a zero-turn mower. Compensation includes competitive pay for all hours worked, in addition to a free or discounted RV site. Career-like benefits also available for FT employees, including a matching 401k. Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must be able to operate and drive a zero turn lawn mower
- General plumbing and electrical experience required
- General maintenance experience preferred
