Hoffmann Brothers Appliance Field Manager – Nashville, TN

Over the past eight years, Hoffmann Brothers has expanded from a small, family-owned business with 50 employees to a thriving multi-market organization of over 500 team members. With ambitious plans for continued growth, we launched operations in Nashville in 2020, establishing a strong presence in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. About the Role

As the Appliance Field Manager in Nashville, TN, you will play a critical role in establishing and growing the Appliance department at Hoffmann Brothers. You will work closely with the Appliance Field Operations Manager to build a high-performing team, foster accountability, enhance communication, and drive improvements in efficiency and profitability. Your leadership will help shape a dynamic and passionate department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in launching the Appliance Department, including truck templates, inventory stock, hiring team members, developing the price book, and more.
  • Utilize data from invoices, timecards, KPI reports, and job performance metrics to review and provide constructive feedback.
  • Learn and Train to the Service Systems Process.
  • Support technicians in achieving both professional and personal growth.
  • Schedule, prepare, and conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Lead training sessions and facilitate technician ride-alongs.
  • Work closely with customer service and dispatch teams to optimize business success.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns requiring management involvement.
  • Jump in and assist with service calls as needed to support the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivating technicians to strive for excellence each day.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role within the Appliance industry.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a Service Technician role within the Appliance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Appliance products and services.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team toward achieving company goals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to follow-through.
  • A team-first mindset, prioritizing collective success over individual achievements.
  • High integrity, passion for the Hoffmann Brothers brand, and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50+ lbs.
  • Work environments include hot, cold, and confined spaces, as well as outdoor conditions throughout the seasons.
  • Regular communication with customers, vendors, and team members is required.
