About the Role
We seek an ML/NLP engineer pivotal in crafting an elite AI travel management platform. Ideal candidates boast 7-10 years in Software Engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in NLP and chatbot development. You possess a deep interest in leveraging transformer technology to elevate new chatbots, especially in the travel domain.
Requirements
A Great Fit:
- Proficient in ML fundamentals (NLP, LLMs, model training, GPT, embeddings)
- Experienced in architecting and constructing chatbots/NLP systems
- Familiar with LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, etc.) and deploying custom models
- Skilled in crafting and refining prompts
- Capable of curating, testing, and managing datasets
- Strong Python programming skills
- Resourceful, prioritizing progress over perfection
- Committed to upholding software engineering standards
- Equally enthusiastic about coding and software design
- Eager to delve into technical complexities and tackle large-scale challenges

Responsibilities:
- Architect and design chatbots using transformer models for corporate travel
- Develop a hierarchical LLM orchestration layer
- Define Intents and maintain chat workflows
- Establish and manage travel chat conversation datasets
- Deploy general and fine-tuned models across cloud infrastructure
- Incorporate individual preferences into the system
