Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the problem and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
