You could be the perfect candidate for our Virtual Sales Associate role.
As a Virtual Sales Associate and a member of the Customer Experience team, you will be instrumental in representing the Proper Cloth brand through live video calls. You will build a book of clients that seek your guidance in crafting the custom-clothing wardrobe of their dreams. In this role you will become an expert in menswear and custom clothing, fabrics, construction, outfit styling, and everything that goes into making someone look good and feel good.
We are looking to grow our Virtual Sales channel this year and you will be instrumental in this process. In addition to hosting Virtual Sales and Styling calls with customers, you’ll spend your downtime clienteling and gather leads from the CX Support Team. Armed with your product and styling knowledge and a steady flow of clients, the right candidate will have all the tools needed to build a steady flow of revenue and develop best practices for continued growth.

At Proper Cloth, we aim to provide excellent service to all of our customers, not just those that can visit our physical showrooms. Our Virtual Sales Associates make this possible, all while having fun and challenging themselves to reach personal goals. This is a part-time position that starts at $25/hr, but there is ample opportunity for more through performance-based incentives.

Requirements
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience through live video consultations
- Drive sales through clienteling, sourcing new leads, and up/cross-selling clients through appointments
- Cultivate relationships with our customers – advise them in all things fit, fabric, and style
- Learn everything there is to know about our product and our internal CRM in order to successfully manage customer relationships
- Help us improve! You will be our ear to the ground – noticing trends in your customer calls and bringing them to the attention of our tech, marketing, and product teams. We are a small team – everybody’s input counts!

Other Details:
- This is a part-time position, focused on meeting customer demand. You must be available to work nights and weekends.
- This position will start with a 3-month commitment. With positive results, the position can be extended indefinitely.
