As an HVAC Drafter, you will be responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive drawings that will guide the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D & 3D HVAC drawings and specifications using CAD software based on project requirements.
- Prepare project submittals, cut sheets, details, specifications
- BIM Coordinations
- Collaborate with engineers to understand design intentions and incorporate feedback into draft plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Create and maintain records of revisions and changes to drawings.
- Assist in performing engineering calculations for system sizing and performance.
- Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Stay informed about advancements in HVAC design technologies and drafting software.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC drafting or a related role.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and familiarity with drafting standards.
- Understanding of HVAC systems, load calculations, and design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
