Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from designated locations safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain communication with dispatch to stay updated on routes and appointments.
• Notify management of any vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Assist passengers with secure loading and unloading of luggage and other items.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
• Document mileage and fuel usage accurately for company records.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a transportation or logistics role.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in the area.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or issues with professionalism.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles for troubleshooting purposes.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
