Door to Door Canvasser

Legion Outreach Consulting is knocking on doors to talk to residents about clean energy storage in New York State.

This campaign will run from January 20th through January 26th.

• Monday through Friday the shifts run 4PM to 8PM; Saturdays and Sundays the shifts run from 11AM to 3PM.
• Canvassers are required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, but are encouraged to sign up for more.
• There is a 3-strike policy to curtail flaking on scheduled shifts, for lateness, and for under performance.
• Canvasser performance is evaluated based on the number of doors knocked in a single shift as well as the number of interactions that result in positive
• Canvassers will arrive 30 minutes early on the day of their first shift to go through training.

Qualifications:

• Personable, outgoing, can easily talk to strangers
• Can take and follow instructions quickly
• Proficient in data entry
• Bilingual preferred
• A car is required, as you will be on the move

Requirements

• 1 year of canvassing preferred

Benefits

• Base pay is $25/hr
• Gas and mileage stipend will be provided
