Position Description:
· Serve as a liaison between Regional Director of Operations (RDO) and Rehab Tech/Aide Support
· Works directly with (RDO) and Human Resources (HR) in the recruitment process for Rehab Tech/Aide positions
o Assist with the preparation and processing of Payroll for Rehab Tech/Aides.
o Ensure timely and accurate reporting of hours worked and resolve discrepancies as needed.
· Works directly with (RDO) to monitor and maintain clinic schedules to ensure compliance with staffing requirements, including:
o A minimum of two personnel present in the clinic at all times.
o Adherence to the 0.3 FTE ratio for Rehab Tech/Aides and Clinicians.
o Address scheduling conflicts and ensure adequate coverage during absences or peak times.
· Works directly with (RDO) assist with the completion and monitoring of compliance-related tasks in ADP.
o Ensure all required documentation and processes are accurately completed and submitted within deadlines.
o Conduct routine audits to verify compliance with company and regulatory standards.
· Manages EMR schedule templates by assisting with requests to update therapist schedules in Raintree.
· Assists the (RDO), Director of Clinical Administration (CAD) and Administrative Data Analyst, as necessary.
· Provide support for outcome measures by answering related support tickets and collaborating with the Administrative Data Analyst to monitor incoming questions and trends.
· Assist the Administrative Data Analyst in preparing and distributing weekly reports for outcome measures and MIPS data, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
· Complete assigned special projects including but not limited to Pending MD, PT2MD and Future Evaluation reporting.
· Effectively and compliantly, facilitate communication to clinics and staff in person, on phone, and through electronic formats.
· Practice confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance with Company policies and HIPAA requirements.
Pay: $24.04 - 26.44/hour (based on experience)
Requirements
- This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of healthcare experience, preferably supporting physical therapy or other retail healthcare practice environments.
- Qualified candidates will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior Raintree system experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows based office technologies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is required.
