Legion Outreach Consulting is seeking a dedicated Campaign Field Manager to lead our outreach operations in the field. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our canvassing campaigns, ensuring that our strategies align with organizational goals and objectives. As a Campaign Field Manager, you will coordinate teams of canvassers, motivate them to achieve high performance, and work closely with upper management to create impactful outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of canvassers to ensure effective outreach through door-to-door and street canvassing activities.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their performance and commitment to campaign objectives.
- Develop and implement campaign strategies and operational plans that align with overall goals.
- Monitor canvasser performance and provide ongoing feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to report on campaign effectiveness, sharing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to canvassing activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in campaign management, canvassing, or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by campaign demands.
