Join our dynamic team as a Pricing & Contracting Intern and gain invaluable experience in one of the most critical areas of the industry. We are committed to making a meaningful difference for patients and are seeking enthusiastic interns to contribute to our pricing strategies, contracting operations, and reporting and analytics initiatives.

As a Pricing & Contracting Intern, you will work closely with our pricing & contracting team to support various pricing & contracting activities. You will have the opportunity to analyze pricing data, assist in generating reports, develop and automate validation processes and contribute to strategic pricing decisions. This role provides hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry and exposure to pricing strategy development, execution, and implementation that drives business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze pricing data using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Reporting: Assist in the generation of regular pricing reports for internal stakeholders, including Market Access department and senior management.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive pricing analysis to benchmark our products against competitors and provide insights for pricing strategies.
• Pricing Strategy Support: Collaborate with the pricing team to develop and implement pricing strategies based on market dynamics, customer segmentation, and product positioning.
• Contract Operations: Streamline internal operations processes with an eye towards automation and adding quality controls.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, Legal and Marketing to gather data inputs and align pricing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline pricing reporting and analytics processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the pricing team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in pricing, analytics, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
