Sr. Embedded Software Engineer – Automotive Tech

Work for an innovative, growing team developing advanced braking and steering technology. This is a nimble development team within a global Tier One organization, where you’ll have the opportunity to create innovative software for new-to-market products.

Your Role with the Company

In this position, you’ll work on full life-cycle development of cutting-edge automotive embedded software, for ADAS and electrification products. This will include translation of Simulink models and flow charts into Embedded C software, integration/unit testing, and integration. They’re doing AUTOSAR-based development of new products, as opposed to updates on existing systems.

A hybrid work schedule will be available for high-performing engineers.

Requirements

Background Profile

  • Expertise in automotive embedded software development in C to industry standards (AUTOSAR is a must).
  • 7+ years of experience in full life-cycle embedded software development at the driver-level (not just applications).
  • Exposure to automotive industry standards such as AUTOSAR (a must) and ISO 26262 (preference).
  • Working knowledge of CAN tools and requirements (CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.)
  • BSEE or BSCE (MSEE a plus).
