Your Title: Team Lead, Titles
Your Location: Needham, Massachusetts (In-Office Position)
You Report To: Manager, Servicing Operations
Your Schedule: 9am to 5:30pm EST
Your Compensation: $24.60 an hour plus bonus

About the Opportunity:
First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “Great Place to Work” by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Titles department to accommodate our remarkable growth!
What you will do:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for meeting with team members, both individually and as a group, to discuss metrics and general performance
- Provide regular feedback to team members to aid in their professional development
- Handle escalated claims and cancellations; preparing legal when needed
- Monitor and assist with total loss claims, lienholder claims, cancellations, and GAP claims
- Assist with volume as needed
- Manage the team ensuring productivity and answering ad-hoc questions; always monitoring workflow and volume
- Help develop new trainings as new policies come out
- Managing timecards and vacation/sick time approvals
- Assist the Servicing Operations Manager as needed
What you bring:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Must be well organized to keep records on employee performances that are easily accessible especially for Mid-Year/End-of-Year reviews
- Proficient in navigating and using all applicable Servicing platforms (Leapfrog, Cyberridge, Payix, NICE).
- Minimum 1-year experience in Servicing Operations at FHF.
- Must be a Subject Matter Expert in all policies, procedures, and compliance-related topics.
- Impeccable compliance history with no major violations
- Proven success in Servicing Operations at FHF
- Demonstrates historical career stability
