Full Job Description
The Brand Partnerships team is responsible for selling and executing sponsorships and activations (such as the Holiday Market at SNOWPORT) with best-in-class brands in categories including: auto, CPG, tourism, tech, financial and beauty. Past partners have included: Lexus, Jet Blue, Paramount+, Red Bull, Glossier and many more.
The Brand Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administration related to pre- and post-sale activities. This role will support the Brand Partnerships team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process as well as partnership experience.
The Coordinator must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an exciting opportunity that functions corporately. Exposure to cross functional partners allows for a broad understanding of WS and the various departments within in. This position will working with a small but mighty team that naturally fosters mentorship and with time, the coordinator can shadow sales calls and will regularly become part of internal brainstorming.
This role will report into the Brand Partnerships Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Brand Partnerships team on all facets of client relations including proposal completion, campaign/program initiative plans and client relations.
- Administer the contract process from creation to execution for direct clients or agencies including creating and processing any related forms.
- Facilitate daily communication between cross functional teams including field marketing, creative, legal/compliance and accounting to help fulfill client requests.
- Manage Recap decks for the BP team in partnership with key cross-functional partners.
- Liaise with accounting, billing, and the collection teams to assist with the billing process.
- Strong analytic capabilities and interest in advertising, marketing and sales, experiential events and campaigns, sponsorships, pop-ups
- Schedule and maintain calendar invitations for key internal and external team meetings; capture meeting notes and circulate recaps as needed
- Maintaining sales presentation materials, including slides, sales collateral for programs/initiatives
- Researching Experiential/OOH/Sponsorship in the market to help the team identify potential brand partners
- Maintaining/Entering prospect/lead sourcing information into BD team’s Hubspot account.
- Support as main point of contact for all client-related on-site pop-up activities & activations

- College degree required
- 2+ years relevant work experience. Ability to support multiple team members, multi-task, project manage, and stay organized
- Must be proactive, well organized, a team player and able to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Word, Hubspot and Excel a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in fast paced, entrepreneurial settings with an ability to prioritize and flex
- A desire to laugh and have fun
