Full Job Description
The Knowledge Manager manages Knowledge Management, including monitoring and measuring the application of KM using metrics linked to project goals and objectives, to make sure that project teams are delivering on their accountabilities and applying the DEE and knowledge bases in accordance with instructions, to identify the need for improvements to the DEE or knowledge bases, and to ensure continual improvement to manage strategic knowledge. The Knowledge Manager collaborates with various departments to develop and enhance Knowledge Management processes. They have strong communication and leadership and remain up to date with industry trends and best practices in Knowledge Management.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in a Knowledge Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Library and Information Science, or related Business, Education, or IT disciplines.
- 5 years of experience in developing policies, procedures, and governances for Document Management Control, Records Management, Knowledge Management, Online Library Management, or related experience.
- Strong communication and leadership and remain up to date with industry trends and best practices in Knowledge Management.
- This position is 100% onsite
