Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement efficient systems and cost-effective processes to enhance operational success.
- Oversee operational budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Facility Service Managers (FSMs).
- Conduct biweekly ride-alongs with FSMs to ensure adherence to operational standards and foster skill development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate off-site training sessions as required.
- Implement and monitor individual performance scorecards.
Client and Vendor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve a client retention rate above 90%.
- Manage and grow key accounts, including negotiating terms and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop partnerships with vendors and Independent Contractors (ICs) to align with scope requirements.
Collaboration and Cross-Selling:
- Partner with sales and commercial building teams to identify growth opportunities and drive non-janitorial services.
- Actively promote cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
Strategic Planning and Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in operational, financial, and client management areas.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and boost morale.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in operations or account management leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Preferred Certifications:
- CPSP (Certified Professional Salesperson): Enhances strategic account management skills.
- SAMA (Strategic Account Management Association): Focuses on relationship management for key accounts.
Requirements
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to travel within the market up to 50%.
