We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to help drive our growth and brand awareness in a competitive marketplace.
The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead all sales and marketing efforts, with a focus on expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and improving brand visibility. This role will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the operations team to develop and execute strategies that align with our company’s objectives. The Director will be responsible for both strategic and tactical aspects of sales and marketing, from overseeing the marketing budget to optimizing sales funnels, and will be instrumental in building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve company revenue goals by targeting both key industries and high-value clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, tailored solutions, and repeat business.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve the sales process to increase conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the COO regarding pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Lead Sales Team: Lead and mentor a sales and marketing team, setting clear objectives and KPIs to drive revenue growth, and providing ongoing training and support.
- Marketing Leadership:
- Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote the company’s services, values, and brand in the marketplace.
- Brand Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity across all platforms and channels.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, etc. to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Optimize lead generation and conversion through targeted outreach.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing materials (e.g., brochures, email templates, blog posts, case studies, videos) to support sales efforts and brand visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Strategic Oversight:
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure that resources are being utilized effectively to achieve business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and align marketing initiatives with operational capabilities.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, using data and customer insights to refine strategies and improve performance. Report on campaign ROI, client acquisition, and revenue growth to the leadership team.
- Event Planning: Organize and oversee company events or community outreach programs to enhance brand awareness and foster relationships.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- You have proven experience leading and managing a sales and marketing team and driving results.
- You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- You have expertise in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a wide variety of audiences.
- You have the ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- You are a creative thinker with the ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- You are available to work occasional evenings and weekends if needed.
- You have the flexibility to travel as necessary.

- You have familiarity with the window cleaning industry or a similar service-based business.
- You have experience with Smart Service Cloud, CRM Platform
