Job Duties:
- Assists the Assistant Manager in training and retaining high-quality team members
- Partners with the Manager to ensure the development of internal talent and attract external talent
· Checking off trucks.
· Delegating tasks of employees making sure they are staying on task.
· Receiving trucks and mattresses and furniture.
· Delegate Material Transfer Orders and ensuring they are accurate.
· Keeping track of productivity and maximizing their efficiency with unloading trucks.
· Reporting damaged furniture.
· Receiving in all furniture for warehouse. Directs operational personnel in their day-to-day duties.
· The manager could assign other duties
Job Requirements:

- Availability to work on weekends and some travel to other Distribution Centers to assist if needed, as determined by the Director.
- Candidate must pass a credit check, background check, motor vehicle records, DOT physical and a drug test.
