WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN
As People and Talent Co-Ordinator, you will have the opportunity to sit across every aspect of the People team. At a current global headcount of 150 and a growth plan that will take us to 200 in H1 this year, you will be involved in supporting hiring, onboarding and general People Ops across our Atlanta, London and remote teams.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, and working alongside the wider People Team and internal stakeholders; you will enjoy fast paced learning and a chance to help shape growth.
As a growth-stage business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:
- Sourcing and screening candidate profiles across a variety of roles
- Assisting our Senior People Partner with onboarding, ensuring our outstanding candidate experience is matched by our impressive employee experience
- Being the first point of contact for general queries in our Atlanta office, escalating them to the Senior People Partner or Chief People Officer where needed.
- Playing an active role in the delivery of both our Recruitment and People roadmaps, owning small projects and contributing to the wider success of the team.
- Support in the co-ordination of internal events and People Projects
- Maintain accurate employee records
THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE
- You are a recognised ambassador for the People Team and represent our values in action
- You have developed a strong relationship with key stakeholders across the business and the employees of the Atlanta office
- You have contributed to a successful 2025 recruitment roadmap
- You have owned and contributed to a variety of projects
- You have been pro-active in your learning, driving your career roadmap
WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is in the early stages of their People and/or Talent career and is looking for a role that will expose them to all elements of the People function.
You must be based in Atlanta, in commutable distance to our office in Sandy Springs 3 days per week.
You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value and that everyone should want to learn. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:
- You are highly organised - this is role for the list makers. You will manage your time effectively ensuring you are across multiple work-streams and being effective
- While organised, you can also adapt - the priorities of the People function can change quickly, you adapt well and fail fast when things don’t go well
- Excellent communication skills - you consider tone of voice and provide a positive experience for all who come into contact with the People Team
- You are proactive - whether its seeing a task needs done, or driving your own learning; you look for opportunities to keep things moving and will challenge processes that are not working
- You have an active interest in both People Operations and Talent Attraction - you care about the candidate and employee experience
- You have worked in either People Ops or Talent Attraction previously in an entry level role - ideally you will have been in a fast-paced early / growth stage business
HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:
We try to keep our interview process short and as a small business, we can move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:
- We will invite you to a video call with Rhea, our Senior People Partner. This call normally lasts 45 minutes via video.
- Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with our Chief People Officer, Clare. This will be an in person meeting in Atlanta.
- All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies; however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and, therefore, try to keep it as simple as possible.
- Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.
- Offer!
