We are seeking a Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead center-based applied behavior analysis services in the Marietta, Georgia area. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, maintain work-life balance, and deliver high-quality ABA services. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of services and operations at a single location, ensuring excellence in clinical outcomes and team development.
Requirements
- Serve as the leader of the center, managing a team of BCBAs and operations staff.
- Oversee treatment plan implementation to ensure alignment with best practices and individual client needs.
- Conduct tours with prospective client families.
- Coach and mentor BCBAs on clinical objectives and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with caregivers to sustain client progress over the long term.
- Foster the professional development of team members through training and guidance.
- Oversee the implementation of innovative ABA methodologies, with ongoing mentorship provided.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a BCBA, including in-center experience.
- Proven clinical expertise and leadership abilities.
- Strong skills in both skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
- Success in leading and managing clinical teams effectively.
