You will get to be an “everyday hero” to our client families by providing this much-needed service.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and professional partners
• Ensure confidentiality, earn and maintain the trust of clients and partners
• Work closely with your team to deliver the best care solutions
• Manage the entire client journey, from intake through successful move-in or match
• Keep clients engaged and informed throughout the process
• Serve as an advocate for your clients, always prioritizing their needs

• Proven success in sales or marketing, ideally in senior living or healthcare
