Key Responsibilities
As our Senior Business Development Manager, your primary mission is to drive Bnberry’s growth by closing new individual hotel and brand deals. You’ll be the face of Bnberry, leveraging your extensive hospitality network to forge and nurture high-value partnerships that onboard hotels onto Airbnb and Vrbo through our platform.
- Drive growth by closing hotel and brand deals
- Tailor proposals to address client needs, showcasing clear ROI
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights to refine strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 7+ Years of Hospitality Experience: Proven track record in revenue management or a similar senior sales role within the hotel sector.
- Strong Network in Hospitality: You thrive on relationship-building and can immediately tap into a robust network of contacts to drive new business.
- Seasond Sales Professional: Adept at understanding client challenges, tailoring solutions, and articulating ROI in a compelling way.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated success in sealing high-impact deals, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable utilizing analytics and insights to guide sales strategies and present data-backed recommendations.
- Results-Oriented & Collaborative: You own your objectives, take pride in surpassing goals, and work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
