Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Pardot Admin to support our client's Business Units in managing Pardot websites and pages. This role involves implementing and maintaining cookie compliance on Pardot websites and providing hands-on technical support. The ideal candidate will act as the system administrator for Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and ensure seamless integration and compliance.
Requirements
- Act as the Salesforce Pardot Admin, supporting client Business Units in managing Pardot websites and pages.
- Implement and maintain cookie compliance on Pardot websites.
- Provide hands-on technical support and serve as the system administrator for Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Manage Pardot integrations and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize marketing automation and lead management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pardot and integrated systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Pardot administration or a similar role.
- Hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Proven ability to manage Pardot integrations and ensure cookie compliance.
- Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce Pardot and related technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms.
- General marketing automation experience.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
