Join our dynamic team at ProHealth as an Outside Sales Specialist! In this exciting role, you will be the face of our company, building relationships and driving sales in the medical field. Your passion for patient care and your knack for connecting with people will be your greatest assets.

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish strong connections with healthcare providers and potential clients in your territory.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through effective sales strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed about market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to develop and carry out marketing campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and clinical teams to align strategies and ensure a consistent message across the board.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to remain knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Reporting: Track your sales activities and provide feedback to management to improve strategies and optimize results.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in sales within the medical industry.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in outside sales, ideally in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a results-oriented mindset; strong negotiation abilities.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable with frequent travel (from Pensacola to Santa Rosa Beach) to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities and client relationships effectively.
  • Personal Qualities: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong work ethic, and is passionate about improving patient care.
