Logistics Manager

Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain initiatives in the industrial and automotive aftermarket sector. Our company, a licensed manufacturer and distributor of Goodyear Belt brand products, is committed to excellence, and we are looking for a driven individual to join our dynamic team.

In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistic process from planning to execution, ensuring efficiency and profitability. You will manage logistics operations, inventory distribution, streamline processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure fill rate, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This position will also involve developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with logistics suppliers’ partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
