As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes throughout the project.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including status updates and risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
